Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via the website or by contacting me directly.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds

  • Session fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place.
  • Packages or prepaid sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Session Format

  • Sessions are offered in person or online (via Zoom).
  • For online sessions, clients are responsible for having a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection, and working audio/video equipment.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All sessions are confidential, with the exceptions outlined in the waiver (risk of harm or legal requirement).
  • Client information is stored securely and is never shared without consent.

Scope of Service

  • I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
  • These services do not replace medical or psychological care. Clients are encouraged to continue any treatment they may be receiving and to consult appropriate healthcare professionals as needed.

Intellectual Property

  • Any recordings, resources, or materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
