A bit about me.

I live in Perth, Western Australia, married to the love of my life, and together we have four beautiful children.

My journey with chronic illness began unexpectedly in mid-2013. At the time, I had a toddler and a six-week-old baby, and seemingly overnight, I was overcome with intense dizziness, fatigue, dehydration, panic, and a deep sense of overwhelm. I went from being a capable, high-functioning woman to someone who could barely make it through the day. It was frightening and disorienting.

For years, I pursued answers—going from doctor to doctor, undergoing test after test—until I was finally diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and chronic fatigue. I threw myself into healing protocols, supplements, and dietary changes, convinced that it was just a physical imbalance—perhaps a microbiome issue or postnatal depletion. But nothing helped.

In 2020, during a deeply honest conversation, my integrative doctor gently but firmly said the words I needed to hear: “Your body is in survival mode. This is about more than just supplements. It’s time to look at trauma.”

That conversation changed everything for me. It led me down a new path—one that honoured not just the symptoms in my body, but the story behind them.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in a wide range of healing modalities—both as a practitioner and a client. The tools that have made the most profound difference are those that work gently and powerfully with the subconscious mind, where our beliefs, patterns, and protective responses are stored.
